    The problem exists on all of the following:

    Windows XP and IE8
    Windows Vista and IE8
    Windows7 and IE8

    Would you like me to send you my screen shot of any of the above 3?

    I refreshed a number of different times, but it still did not appear.

    What I get is the phone number, social media links and the request an appointment button and then those go away and the page is completely blank.  This occurs even after multiple refreshes.
