Initially , I really like your themes. That’s why I paid for the first time for a WP theme. But unfortunately, I am very disappointed by the service. Thats too bad because now I’m afraid to buy more. Anyway: I have found the problem:

    head.php line 92 – the “arrow-down” link
    goes to line 59 (before <div id=”slider” class=”nivoSlider”>)
    and everything works fine.

    greetings

    Hey Shri,

    thanks for your answer.
Of course i can upload the theme somewhere and send you the login.
But the problem exist directly after the installation.

    AND

The problem exist on your demo website, too!
    Problem with pro Version: http://sktthemesdemo.net/skt-white-pro/
No Problem with standard Version: https://wp-themes.com/skt-white
Browser: Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
(make a thin but high window and the arrow goes on tour and doesnt stay in position inside the slider [Problem only in pro version!)

Why are all questions have been answered except my? 😀 That’s a huge problem , or not? 😀 Now I have tested on several PCs with different browsers. The down arrow does not remain in the slider , but slips down.
