    I need a clarification on PAID ONLY ONCE commitment from your website and all details of what it entails. I also need your ongoing support and update document detailing every aspect about single theme purchase.

    If unable to provide, then I expect my theme to be updated as new updates are available for as long as I continue to use the theme. I am willing to pay for support and updates if you provide me with proper documents that applies to me and all customers.

    That link is not a payment link. Why am I paying for support and updates. Please check your theme payment descriptions. It clearly states, single theme, PAID ONLY ONCE. Nothing is mentioned about ongoing support and update subscriptions for single theme.

    Provide me a link that contradicts that.

    My questions are not being answered promptly.

    1. Also, your link is to buy themes. Since I have already paid for this theme, why is the ongoing support pricing same as buying a theme?
    How is support renewal notice sent out? Because I never received any notification for renewal of support?

    2. Also, your pricing link says that $48 for single theme, paid only once (which includes support and assuming updates). So why do I need to pay again for support or updates?

    Payment links? When, Where, and Why? Please respond to above questions

    I am sorry but I am seeking immediate help here. My theme is useless unless there is an update applied to it. I really don’t have time to wait for a solution when the theme stands still because of lack of prompt support and solution.

    But I still don’t understand the fee, when the price link says “Paid Only Once” for single theme. I should be getting support and updates for the theme I paid for, only once.

    Was the theme ever updated during my first year of support? Because I never received any notifications of updates?

    How are updates delivered? Is there an update for SKT White Pro theme?

    Since Shri is going to add an option to enable/disable, I will wait for that update.

    Thanks

    Here are couple messages from developers of plugins. I hope this helps you see my frustration

    ——————————————————————————–
    Hi Kaushal,

    It looks like the issue here is your theme – its applying a bunch of CSS to all blockquote elements. In this case, there’s a background image (extra quote on the left) and some padding that’s being applied to all blockquotes, including your testimonials.

    If you add this CSS code, it should fix the issue:

    blockquote.easy_testimonial {
    background-image: none !important;
    padding: 0 !important;
    }

    Usually Easy Testimonials would be able to override these styles, but unfortunately the theme author has added !important to some of the lines which keeps our CSS (and any others) from being applied. If you are the author of the theme, you may want to remove the !important tags – this will make your theme play more nicely with other plugins.

    #sitefull {
    width: auto !important;

    OK. I did exactly as you mentioned but I see no difference. Nav menu bar scrolls out of the screen when I am scrolling down on the subsequent pages.

    What did I do wrong?
