Wine Pro Spaces and contact form

Hi,

i have got 3 questions about wine pro, for which i can not find any solution.

1)
I am not using the Inner Page Banner but instead of not using the space and putting my content higher, i have a huge space on every single page. How can i reduce or completly get this space away?

2) I have on every single page i create big spaces between my text boxes. how can i remove them?

3) I have the contact form on every single page. How can i remove it. I want that only on my contact page. I will use a special Plugin for that.
