I’m usuing SKT Business Pro and was told I could completely customize the theme if I upgraded to pro.

However, going through everything, I’ve been unable to locate how to remove certain widgets. I want anything to do with “categories” invisible on the site. I want “recent posts” to go away when viewing pages. Even though I paid for this theme, I’m very close to finding another one. In a way, it’s too simple, because options are so limited without getting into the nitty gritty of editing php.

Or, am I just missing something?

Hi Seth, Have you gone through the documentation? http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/bizness-documentation/ to see if it can help you?

Thank you. It’s very helpful, but I still can not see where to remove certain features, such as “recent posts” and “categories” from showing where they don’t belong.

a blank “recent posts” still shows up on the right side of pages. I can’t have that!

    Hi Seth,

To remove sidebar there are 2 process.

    1. You go to pages>edit any page and on right hand side under page attributes select template: Full Width and save.
    2. Second way is to go to Appearance>Widgets and drag and drop a new widget in main sidebar to replace what is shown in default on the sidebar.

    Regards,
    Dave
