take away one widget in the footer on "Massage Center" Theme

Hi,
I would like to take away one widget/colume (widget-column-2) and only use 3 colums over the 100%.

I have try to “comment-out” the section widget-column-2 in footer.php but it dident work.

If I add a empty text widget its disssapear, but I do not want to have this empty area

Thanks for coming back to me.

And what I would prefer is to have the first widget (Disclaimer) take
50% of the footer, so the widget area is 50 – 25 – 25

If thats not possible I would prefer 33 -34 – 33

One question if/when there come one update for the theme, will this affect the setting in the footer?

Hi Pedro,

Yes after update you will loose this settings. Before update the theme take a full backup of your website or the footer.php file
