Social Links in footer not working

Hi! The social links in the footer of my page are not working. At first I was getting a 404 error, but then I actually linked it to the webaddress for my social media pages and it stopped the error. But it still does not go to the social media pages. It links back to the home page of my website instead. I don’t know what else to do to correct this. please help.

Also, the “shop” tab is now showing up on the the front page. It works on the other pages, just not the home page.

when I enter the code you provided, adding the url’s, it goes back to the 404 error message.
