SKT-Fitness slider and customization

Hi, I just purchased the SKT-Fitness Pro for a wordpress site and it doesn’t look fully like the demo. The slider is not working (just the main image) and no text or buttons in the slider area. Also when I scroll to different areas of the homepage, the animations aren’t working.

Also when I go to “customization” there are literally no options to change anything. I can’t change the name of my site, the logo, or the tagline (it just says “Just Another WordPress Site”). Any help? I’ve never seen a wordpress theme that is so hard to navigate.
