Section content visual broken (black pro)

I’m using skt black pro and when I’m looking at the visual version of a section’s “Section Content” it’s the same as when I look at the html version (it’s not prettified). Is there anything I can do to fix this?

This issue shouldn’t even exist. I previously used the free version and the editor was working just fine. I didn’t expect to pay for a broken theme

I asked about this problem within my year of support but nobody helped me. I think it’s more than fair to receive support for this.
