scrolling and slider image making shorter

where can i click this in the dashboard ?

b) I want to make the slider photo’s als a little shorter. How can i do it ? (shorter in the height) ?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.slider-main { min-height:320px;}
.nivo-caption { bottom:22%;}
.slide_info p { margin-bottom:20px;}
.logo { padding:6px 20px 3px 0;}

About this template now. i want that the tabs automatically scroll to above all same, with even the visitors dont scroll to beneath ?

a freelancer tell me that my site is too slow and the website speed should be optimize. right now it take too much time to load.
Is there some powerfull plugins that i can upload and it fix it ?
