Replacing Section 3 "Manager" Picture

Where, how or what do I have to do to replace the “Manager” picture in section 3?
Background: I tried reinstalling the Black Pro theme from a .zip file. It told me that installation failed because “File already existed.” So, I’m really not sure what theme information (template, CSS etc.) is affecting my site. Here’s why:
When I go to section 3, there is no provision for replacing the “manager” graphic. Is that normal?
Do I have a deeper problem with this theme installation? Am I missing something?
I’ve already restored defaults so it would be nice to identify what’s happening here before expending any more development time.
Not sure if it’s just me (again) or if something is unstable here.

Sadly, my knowledge of PHP is the only thing unstable here. I’m sorry for having troubled you with this so quickly. Once I saw the HTML, -problem resolved.
I love the SKT Black Pro theme and I’ll keep working with it.
I’ll be back with something sooner or later I’m sure. Until then, thank you for being there. You’re all great!
