In the sales brochure of the theme Gravida you state that PSD files are included with the Zip file. I can not find any of the following – except for the theme itself.
Could you help me locating those files?

PSD Design FilesIncludes all the pages in PSD format so that in case you need any design changes first in order to modify the theme you can do so
Sample ContentXML Format which can be easily imported to WordPress via tools is also included
SupportYou will get login for our support forum and our email id and skype ID after purchase of a theme
MySQL FileYou will also get a MySQL file for easy upload of database in case you are a developerHi,

As for the sample content when you load the theme it loads the homepage. The other pages can be set up easily following documentation here: http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/gravida-documentation/
Lastly if you need we can do free installation for this theme.
