Problem with Play School Theme

Hello I have these problems in Play School Theme, in testimonials they show this symbol in the wrong place and I can not remove it or locate it correctly

I also have problems with the source, for example at this moment I have to select the Lato font but really on the page it shows a font similar to Times New Roman, I change the font and it does not change
