Problem with Header Layout 3, Header Layout 4

On the management screen of Organic Theme, you can set HEADER LAYOUT.
You can set header_layout1 ~ header_layout4 in this place.
However, if you set it to Header Layout 3, Header Layout 4, you can see phenomenon that the menu can not be clicked when watching on the smartphone.

This is not only the Organic Theme, but also phenomena seen in other themes.

Is not it a bug?

Please tell me how to avoid it.

I think that the same phenomenon will come out even in the demonstration environment there, so please check.

This phenomenon is confirmed in the local XAMPP environment, so it can not be shown.
Also, before you check on my site, can you check it in the demo environment there?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

#simple-menu {z-index:10000;}

Because for the reason, the following is set in style.css.
.logo {float: left; max-width: 100%; position: relative; z-index: 9999999}
First of all, why does. Logo need z-index: 9999999?
Moreover, z – index: 9999999, and finally,; (semicolon) is not attached.

Also, there are too many places not covered by; (semicolon) in CSS.

Is the theme provided in the plan that I purchased is old?
