Phone numbers aren't clickable and can't be made into an anchor

The phone numbers in the top and in the footer of the MASSAGE theme aren’t clickable and can’t be made into an anchor. Can this be fixed?

Kindly go to header.php and footer.php to add anchor on the phone number.

There’s, it’s added back but you’ll see it’s not clickable (and I can’t put it in an anchor the theme options area)

It’s needs to be 805-637-7755

To go into the dialer on a mobile phone which you select it.

Never mind, I have to move forward, I removed the number at the bottom since you can’t click and installed a text widget in the left top header.
