New to SKT-Customizing my Fundraiser Theme

Hey SKT Team,

I’m having trouble with a few things and could use some help:

1 = Icons in Home Section 3
Try as I might, I can’t make any show up. My current settings (just showing one line as ex):

the ADD IMAGE URL HERE links to http://www.katnesbit.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Icon-Heart.png and yet nothing shows up. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.

2 = the visual of my Vlog Posts
Your format uses the default image for graphics and likely crops according to code. I do vlogs and often have no featured images. Instead I have the image of the vid – ex: http://thriveinyourbiz.com/employee-appreciation/ . This one has a pic but they don’t always. Can you help me make your home homepage layout pretty using my video format?

3 = If you go to http://www.katnesbit.com/?preview_id=2&preview_nonce=a1300861bc&_thumbnail_id=-1&preview=true you’ll see that I have used your boxes with a two para format. Your code is making the second para grey. It’s likely something I did as you have 20 bazillion bits of text to choose formatting on but I have NO IDEA how to find that chunk and change it. Can you and will you help me?

if that helps you at all. It left me staring and agape.

4 = Events aren’t showing up and I don’t know why.

5 = I have a heck of a lot of testimonials. I’m using Strong Testimonial. Is there a way to import them into your version of testimonials? The pages are labeled the same but your program is not pointing to my existing ones, it’s going to yours which is like 3 hours of work to copy/paste?! I tried expert/import and I got page names with no content.

6 = Referring back to http://www.katnesbit.com/?preview_id=2&preview_nonce=a1300861bc&_thumbnail_id=-1&preview=true you’ll see at the very end a section titled “How Can you Help Us” followed by a bunch of logos. I d not have that content on any page and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Can you help please?

OK, thank you. Since I tried to update it and it goes right back to my first results clearly there is something your doing that I am not privy to and can’t learn so… This is the last time I’ll need to do this but please update Home Section 3 with:

I did not update all the icons as I got stuck trying to make it work. I did not ensure the links were accurate because I thought I’d learn how to do it. Sorry to put you through the trouble twice. Moving forward, I will offer problems as I tackle the whole page or some such.
