Move the Services section down and insert a section above it

Am I able to move the Services section down and insert a section below slider and above Services?

If yes. Please provide some guidance.

How do I do this?

Hi Chris,

1) Please move Service box section up above Section 3, right below Section 1. Section 3 (About Encore Events and What People are Saying) should be right above the footer. Did not clarify this in my first request. Sorry.

We can put Service Boxes either above the home sections or below the home sections.
