I am trying to add link to email address on my website, i have the option to add in a subject when putting link to email address but it doesn’t work? can you help please.

Do you want to redirect email link on some other page? Currently there is a mailto link on email id’s.

Am i missing something, when you put in a link for email it gives you option to put in subject for the email???? this is what i mean, if it doesn’t work why is the option there?? Do you understand what i mean

I have added subject on header email. Kindly check if it works then you can use the code on other email id’s as well.

Don’t see where you have added this. example going to contact tab at top, added title (subject) when adding email address and it is not appearing

On header of your website beside search there is a email address i have added there.

this is ridicules. how do you not understand. support here is terrible. i paid for this website and have trouble with it since the beginning. what email address am i to send the screen shot as in the contact area on website you don’t have option to send screen shot???/ i need this sorted today need website live

Hi Catherine,

First of all you are using TinyMCE Advanced plugin for advanced features in the visual editor and the issue you are talking about is with that plugin.

By the way when you add title “Plan Magazine” in the title box. It is shown when you hover over the emails on the contact page. So kindly hover on the email id on contact page the text which is appears near your cursor is the title you have written in the edit box.
