Is there a way to add a "Read more" button in testimonials boxes

My client has some long testimonials, is there a way I can add a “Read More” button to the testimonials if they are longer than a certain character length?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.testimonial-post { width:90%;}
.testimonial-post p { height:40px; overflow:hidden;}
