I bought SKT Hotel WordPress theme.When I use the free version I can edit footer menu (http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/skt_hotel_doc/#playing-with-customizer), but in the full version I can’t edit it.I find edit footer menu in the Theme options but could not find it.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Menus and select footer menu from the dropdown.
You can now find the pages for the footer menu change/edit from there.

I don’t want the footer to be horizontal, I want it to be vertical or a drop down menu.I am not sure how you want it. Can’t you add widgets and replace what we have in default?

ShriI used the custom menu widget but because of the coding in your theme, it is still appearing horizontal.
Why the attitude? I paid for the pro version and I should expect to receive great customer service and assistance.

I am sorry if in anyways we have sounded rude. Never our intention.
Now for desktop it appears horizontal and for tablet and other lower resolutions it appears vertical as i can see on various Windows 7 and Mac PCs.

As i said we are seeing it fine on desktop so how come i will answer for something which appears correctly and absolutely fine?
see screen shot. the footer is horizontal on desktop, I want vertical.
