    I cant seem to make my header fully transparent

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .page .header { position: absolute !important; background-color: rgba(0,0,0, 0) !important;}
