Girlie Help with header img size

Hi!
I’m using Girlie template ( http://passaroprincipe.com.br/ )
And I’m having trouble with the first section of the front page, there where you can read “quadrinhos”.

When I put an image, the page that gets it has it enourmous, like this one: ” http://passaroprincipe.com.br/?page_id=4959 ”

I wanted the picture before the text to be smaller and to fit the box on the front page. How can I make it?

Hi,

Kindly use image size 1420px wide and 400px in height for featured image.

Hi!
It fits well inside the page, but on the front page ( http://passaroprincipe.com.br/ ) the icon gets stretched and ugly. Isn’t it possible to keep it nice on the page and cut with the right height on the front page? I mean, to use only the center of the image to fit the proportion of 254px × 309px on the front page, for example.

It wouldn’t be a problem for to manually add a img with the right proportion on the front page and use a new one on the inner page for the header, if that’s possible. Is there any place I can edit?

Hi,

For the image problem kindly use plugin page links to and link those pages to some other page where you don’t have featured image set so that it doesn’t look odd.

Hi Shri, could you please give me more instruction on how to do it? I’ve searched plugins to find something similar and found Page-Links Plus, but not really sure if that’s what you meant.

Please keep in mind I’m a beginner user on WordPress.

Kindly download it and then link those 4 pages to somewhere else or duplicated pages of it where you don’t have any featured image so that the top header images on those 4 pages don’t look ugly.
