Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.squaretitle { padding:15px;}
.squareicon { padding:0;}

on the Our Team section, I would like to display 7 team members, however, if I change the code to 5 or anything above, it will not work, what’s the solution?

it doesn’t work, all the pictures got displayed as large format and not next to each other.
