Disable Gallery

Hi,

I´m using the Adventure Theme from SKT, but when I try to use Gallery from wordpress / Jetpack, I receive the following message “.. Sorry, photo gallery is empty.”.

If possible disable the gallery function from the theme for use the Gallery from WordPress or Jetpack

Hi,

I have the same problem. It would be good to have a selector in the customization to select which gallery plugin should be used and it would be good not to block standard features.

I will send you URL + password & username and would kindly ask you to enable usage of standard galleries also for me again.

Would it be possible for you to expand on this process and give exact instructions, since many of us have faced this situation in all of your themes.

For example, the Elementor Image Gallery element doesn’t work right in SKT Themes because of this.

As an example, I created this page: http://alphapixelreach.com/index.php/gallery-2019/

It contains an Elementor Image Gallery element, but instead of showing the images chosen in the Elementor Element, it shows images selected in the SKT Theme Photo Gallery.

Kindly edit sktframe/core-functions.php file, go to line number 711 and remove codes to line number 808.

I’m always reluctant to perform edits like this where you just give a file and linen number and we all hope that I have the exact same version of the file as you were referring to. But, I found code from 711-808 of that file that looked like it was related to the Gallery post type, and deleted it. I don’t really see any change though. I deleted the page contents and re-added the Elementor Image Gallery element, but it seems to behave as before – showing the SKTThemes photo gallery, not the Elementor Image Gallery element.
