    How do I change the size of the contact us box?

    I assumed I would change this in Appearances – Editor – Edit Themes but whenever I make a change here and save it there is no change made to the page.

    Well we don’t have any contact us box included in this theme. So not sure. Kindly share with us the page url where you included the contact us box.

    We will check it.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Okay i am sorry i am still not getting you. Do you mean the newsletter area which was included in demo? Or the contact us button on the top slider?

    the contact us button.

    I used the “contact banner” short code in the sections on my website.

    I assumed I could change this in Appearances – Editor – Edit Themes but whenever I make a change here, for example changing  and save it there is no change made to the page.

    the code is as follows:

    .contact-banner { text-align:center;}

    .banner-bg { background:url(images/contact-banner.jpg) no-repeat top center; width:100%; height:100%; padding:25px 0; background-size:cover; background-position:center center;}

    .contact-banner h3 { color:#ffffff; font-weight:400; font-size:24px; padding:0 0 20px 0; text-align:center; text-transform:capitalize; border-bottom:none;}

    /*——————————————- CONTACT BANNER END ——————————————-*/

    I changed “padding” and “font size” in the Editor section but it doesn’t seem to have any affect on the website, perhaps this is not the right place to change it though?

    Hi,

    I asked my coder and he said that its not essential for you to pick that particular contact us button. You can go to Appearance>Theme Options>Shortcodes and check the button shortcodes there for usage on anywhere else other than the contact us.

    And your usage of buttons appear just fine. They appear well in center as well.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Another set of answers for the top problem:

    the contact banner blue button text is not in the h3 tag so i feel you can apply css for this -> .contact-banner a instead -> .contact-banner h3

    Regards,
    Shri

    Thanks, I didn’t realise the other short codes existed.

    This works great!

    How do I get the simple_button to move to the center?

    I tried changing “left” to “center” but this doesn’t seem to have any affect.
