Complete Pro Beggineers Issues

Hi;

We just bought Complete Pro to be used in our new future web page.

We need some introductory help in order to understand how to use things like Sliders, Flip Blocks, etc. It seems we need to do some programming for Shortcodes on that, but we are not familiar with this programming code.

I guess this is not a difficult task but we need some help to begin. In other hand, you mentioned that you have a lot of icons to be used on developement but we were not able to find wher is this located, for instance, we need “Instagram” social network icon in our web and we were not able to find it.

In other hand, we need some designer information about image file sizes and specs to be used on galleries, sliders, etc.

So please help me out with all this.

You replied in a very simple and no solution way for us.

We need a complete and satisfactory answer on:

a) How to use sliders in other pages different from defaul one.
b) How to configure sliders times and effects.
c) Where to find a list of more than 500 icons available to be used you mentioned to me.
d) Where to find a list of Shortcode commands

We need a really better answer that “read help files” we already read it and we can not found answer to that issues. We do not want to think that you are not considering us as customer to be satisfied. We need this asap.

b. Slider times and effects i am a bit upset with the coder at the moment. All themes on theme options have this and this one is missing. Give us time till tomorrow to rectify the Customizer themes which will have these.

Just name the icon within the icon double quotes and instead of # apply actual URL like https://www.facebook.com/pageURL

We are loosing our patience, you are not solving our problem and need and we need a solution right way. The documentation is not explainig anything and we are not happy at all with this situation. Nice promotion to sale, poor service after sales, we do not want to do this but we are very compromised on this project and we need to solve now. Otherwise we will have to begin a complaining at the internet about this lack of answer.

We have updated the theme for point 2.

Procedure for update: Kindly re-download the theme via same email you got or else by login here: sktthemes.net/my-account, activate some other theme, and delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.
