Coffee Theme

Can someone please help me with the following. I’m using the SKT Coffee theme on my website. It is not live yet though.

• How can I remove the sidebar so that the pages displays in the full width?

• How can I replace the footer information with my own widgets? Or if it’s not possible, can I replace the last one (“Latest Posts”) with plain text? Because the website I’m doing won’t make use of posts.

• How can I remove the slide title and ‘read more’ button on the slide?

Hi Elaina,

1) To remove sidebar there are 2 process.

A. You go to pages>edit any page and on right hand side under page attributes select template: Full Width and save.
B. Second way is to go to Appearance>Widgets and drag and drop a new widget in main sidebar to replace what is shown in default on the sidebar.

2) Kindly go to Appearance>>Widget>>Footer Widget 1,2,3..

Drag and drop text widget in footer widget to remove/replace default widgets.

3) Go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.nivo-caption{display:none !important;}

Hi Brad,

Thank you very much for the quick response. Under my pages in the page attributes section, there is no template that I can choose from. I don’t want any widgets on the sidebar so would prefer if I can completely remove it.

There is also no footer widget section.

The code did work though. Thanks so much!
