I was able to add three client testimonials with sample data, however when I tried to remove them the delete from the back end but do not go away on the front end site. I have tried clearing the cache using a different browser and nothing seems to work.

I rechecked to make sure. The issue is odd because sometimes it refreshed correctly but sometimes it does not. I have tried in Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge and all exhibit the same behavior. Currently the Testimonials section is showing 2 however I have 3 loaded and the shortcode is set to show 3. Take a look.

done. you should have the email with the details.

Please note I can see the changes happening in Appearance > Customize when I make them but the changes are not reflected when looking at the webpage in the browser.

Example: When you log in go to Appearance > Customize and scroll on the page down to testimonials. You will see three. Then launch the page in the browser and scroll to the same section and there are only two…

Also other changes to CSS like removal of the skills bars are shown in Appearance > Customize but not on the front end site.

Hi,

Every time when you made changes kindly do forced refresh because your website is highly cached.

To do forced refresh kindly follow below instructions.

Windows/Linux:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:
1. Hold Shift and click the Reload button.
2. Or, hold down Cmd and Shift key and then press R.

ok I tried that and the skills section updated but the testimonials section now shows only 1 testimonial and I have three loaded and shortcode set to show 3.

Because we have deleted those 2 testimonials for testing purpose, kindly restore them from trash.
