Changing icons in section 1

Hi – how can I change the small globe icons that appear at the top of the four sections under the homepage slider (i.e. the ones with the default txt: ‘web design’ ‘web devel’ etc.)?

Also, in these sections, is it possible to remove the ‘read more’ button?

And for upload image. Upload in Media Library of WordPress and take the url and replace it from the url of the image already there.

Hello,
I would like to modify the 4 boxes of section 1 as well, but I don’t manage.
When I go to Appearance > Theme Options > Sections to Manage the homepage sections,
I cannot display the part to modify the 4 boxes. I mean the highlighted red part in the following documentation at “Home page setup” : http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/skt-naturo-doc/ does not exist in my version.

Could you help me on this ?
I have the Pro version 4.1.8
