Changing fading to solid

I have had some comments that they didn’t like the fact that they had to scroll past certain areas of the web site in order for them to see all of the sections. Example, you have to scroll right past “our services” or “social media” in order for those sections to be completely visible. Is there a way to keep them visible all the time?

So Shri emailed that he was going to answer the 6 month old question…. how to change the web site from a clear screen which then appears as you scroll down, to solid all the time. This was the feedback from clients who thought there was a problem with our site.

If I close the window and open it again, I can recreate it every time. I am talking about as you scroll down. As you get to each section, it pops open. I get to the directors message almost 3/4 of the way through and it appears to be empty. I move a little more and all the info just appears. I don’t want it to just appear. The general consensus around here is that it would be better if the information was just there. If I scroll down an inch, I could see an inch.

But if this explanation doesn’t work, I will get a screen shot.
