Change Links – Our Team Page

I’m trying to create a website for my sister-in-law that looks very similar to the website of her former teacher’s. My sister-in-laws website is http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com and her former teacher’s website is http://www.swimsprout.com. My sister-in-laws former teacher has approved us in doing this… they are working together.

My problems are these:
1. When I go to “Our Team” area on our website, http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/#section3, the photos on that page are “links” and I need to eliminate those links… I don’t want someone to click on those pictures and to be taken off that page. How do I eliminate these links?

2. When I go to “Our Team” area on our website, http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/#section3, the second area of “links” are the names that are on that page… which is fine. However, the links right now take the visitor to the wrong page. For example, right now if you click on the name “Bonnie Cannon”, the link takes you to a this page: http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/team/bonnie-cannon

That is NOT the page that I want them to go to… the page that I do want them to go to is this page: http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/our-team/bonnie-bio

How do I change these “links” on the names? I have created /our-team/ pages for all of these names:
http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/our-team/heidi-bio
http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/our-team/caroline-bio
http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/our-team/paul-bio
http://www.swimsproutoftexas.com/our-team/lori-bio

This is what the original website does (http://www.swimsprout.com/#section2)… so, I’m trying to figure out how they did this.

Please advise.
