Business Consulting Theme

I have a problem importing demo content of the Business Consulting theme to my WP site. This is what I have done so far:

I updated my site´s WP to latest version
Updated all plugins
Downloaded and installed the Business Consulting theme
Followed theme’s instructions (from theme’s documentation) on how to install demo content.
On this last step installation fails. I used Worpress Importer (as sugested in documentation) and another importer called “One click Demo Import” and both failed. Both importers fails with errors like these :
[ERROR] Failed to import “themebar.zip” (Media)
[ERROR] Failed to import “business-consulting.zip” (Media)
[ERROR] Failed to import “business-consulting.zip” (Media)

I have a complete log file if required.

Hi,

Kindly ask your hosting provider to change these settings:

memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000

Server settings have been updated as suggested, but the error still appears.
When I use the WordPress Importer , these are the errors I get:
Failed to import Media “themebar.zip”
Failed to import Media “business-consulting.zip”
Failed to import Media “business-consulting.zip”

The error appears pretty fast in the WP screen, so I dont think a timeout would be the cause of this.

When I used The “One click Demo Import”, log messages are more detailed:

—Upload files—
Widget file was not uploaded. Error: Specified file failed upload test.

—Upload files—
Customizer file was not uploaded. Error: Specified file failed upload test.

—Upload files—
Redux file was not uploaded. Error: Specified file failed upload test.

—Upload files—
The import files were successfully uploaded!
Initial max execution time = 30
Files info:
Site URL = http://quality-telecom.net
Data file = /home2/juanrcuervo/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/businessconsulting.wordpress.2019-01-17.xml
Widget file = not defined!
Customizer file = not defined!
Redux files:
not defined!

Is there any other workaround to this ? Maybe importing this media using FTP or ssh ?

Which XML do you want, business consultation or its solution? IT Solution XML is currently installed in it.

As a feedback, I installed WordPress in a local server. Did all configurations adjustments you suggested but importing errors still appears, so I believe this error is related to theme’s XML file.

Im working now with Bussiness Consulting Theme in my site quality-telecom.net
Images, menus and widgets looks ok now.

I assume you imported Demo data manually. If you could tell me how you did it, I would appreciate it.
