All Themes Ordered in Jan 2017

I cannot download the new theme “Banking” — yet the All Themes were purchased just this year and a 12 month support that includes new themes was included.

I have the same problem, emailed the support and said they had given me re-access but it’s still not listed on my downloadable themes, went to download from the site but it asked me to pay for it. Could you just give me the direct link for the Banking download?

Its there by name of banking-sector.zip the last zip file.

Should be present in downloads area.

I go into download section and last themes released still missing:
Car Rental; Game Developer; SKT Education; SKT Hosting; SKT Banking…

I have tried with two navigators afert deleting cookies.

Sorry but the new WooCommerce update has caused this and it doesn’t give access to old order for the new items we add.

Not our fault actually.

You can request themes after a while so i can give you access in a batch.
